Sathish is the Founder and Managing Director of Pariksith Brand and Business Consultant Pvt Ltd with more than a decade of experience in the industry. His professional qualification includes B.Pharm, M.B.A, PGDBI (Bioinformatics). He is also certified internationally in Pharmaceutical Product Management and brand management.

He is a trainer specializing in brand Management and personal transformation. He is a Consultant for various domestic and international clients including Europe and South East Asian countries. His background is as a consultant includes industries like Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Bioinformatics, FMCG, IT and Textiles.

He has been conferred a prestigious RASTRIYA RATTAN AWARD the year 2009 for his individual outstanding performance in the industry and his contribution towards the nation's growth.

He has also been conferred with a prestigious "RAJIVGANDHI SHIROMANI AWARD" in the month of aug 2009 for being a young entrepreneur and his contributions towards the nation economic growth

Director & Creative Head

K. Vaishnavi, Director & Creative Head, is an MBA, a post graduate in Biotechnology as well as in Bioinformatics and Cheminformatics. She is a young and innovative person, with a strong passion for research and human resource development

Adding to this she is Internationally trained and certified in Product and Brand management..

Earlier she was a faculty member in Bioinformatics in reputed institutions, she has been into research in the fields of molecular biology and crystallography. She guides and trains people in overall development areas, so that they can realize their potential and enhance their skills.

The directors strongly believe that corporate performance improves in direct proportion to the depth of the involvement of personnel and corporate success comes only with multi-faceted development of personnel. The contributing factor is not only the development of their professional facets, but also their personal sides, resulting in progressive employees and responsible members of society.
